Booking direct through our site means you avoid Airbnb's service fees, which often add 15-20% to the total. You get the same property, same hosts, same experience, for less. You also get direct access to us without going through a platform inbox.
Yes. The Airstream is an exclusive add-on available only to guests who book Capri on Campbell. It has its own private entrance, shared access to The Sun Club pool and hot tub, and sleeps up to 4 additional guests. Contact us directly to add it to your reservation.
Yes. Pool heating is complimentary and available year-round. Just request it at least 24 hours before arrival and we will have it ready. The hot tub maintains its own temperature separately. Phoenix winters are mild, and many guests swim in December and January. Summer pool temps are naturally warm.
Self check-in via smart lock. You'll receive door codes and detailed arrival instructions before your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early and late accommodations may be available. Just ask in advance.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies and sensitivities, we maintain a strict no-pet policy across all bookings, including the Airstream add-on. We appreciate your understanding.
Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is approximately 10 minutes away. Rideshare is easy and affordable, and Phoenix is one of the few cities where Waymo driverless cars are available for a truly unique arrival experience. Land, check in, and be in the pool within the hour.
We love hosting family and friend gatherings. We ask that all guests be thoughtful of our neighbors, respect quiet hours, and be a good neighbor to the community. The space is designed for connection and good company.
